Shipping & Returns Policy

STAGE #4 OPERATING UPDATE 1/08/2020

CLICK & COLLECT - This is how it works:

#1 - Process your order online using the click & collect option, you’ll receive confirmation letting you know that it’s ready to pick up.
#2 - Phone 03 94956338 and book a pickup time between normal trading hours.

# 3 - Bring your confirmation email & ID when you come to collect your order.  On store arrival, please phone 03 94956338 and we will bring your goods out.

 

The online store is still operating as normal.

Please check out AUS POST for the current domestic delivery times.

For International, please view HERE.

Delays are not uncommon with the current state of affairs.

Please be patient and stay safe.

 

All orders will be shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post with larger items such as Bikes, sent via Couriers.

We process orders from Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays. 

Delivery charges are in addition to the price of goods.

Anchor orders are shipped with Australia post parcel post (3-5 days), together with tracking & signature required on delivery. 

Express post upgrade can be requested (next day delivery, if you live inside the Australia Post Express post network). Please contact us first for a quote. 

  

Click and collect

Local Melbourne pick up is available using local pick up option at checkout. Items will be picked and made available for collection at 75 Johnston St, Collingwood, VIC, between Monday to Saturday within trade hours

International delivery

International delivery is sent via International Post (3-10 days for metropolitan areas of some major cities). Shipping will calculate at checkout.

Refunds and returns

At Anchor Bmx, we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality products.

Your satisfaction is important to us.

Anchor will refund or replace (at our discretion):

  • any product received that is not the product ordered

  • any product that has been damaged in transit

  • any product that proves faulty within 14 days of being received

Please note that equipment and accessories are covered by statutory manufacturers’ warranties.

Should it be necessary to return a product to us, please pack it safely in the original packaging.  We will not be held liable for damage to products incurred during return shipping.
